Sometimes it's hard to keep up with your workouts, isn't it? Or do you feel going to the gym is more of an obligation than taking care of you and your body? Loss of motivation is a common problem that we've all faced at some point in our "journey" to being healthy and fit. You are not alone!

What if instead of making excuses why not to work out, you did a short 10-15 minute workout?
