What is BodyPump ?

 

BodyPump is a barbell workout designed to get you lean, toned and fit. The combination of science-based moves, motivating instructors and great music helps you achieve much more than you would on your own.

 

Your muscles will not form on their own! Thanks to the BODYPUMP™ and its formula THE REP EFFECT™ (repetition effect), your whole body is strengthened and toned. By emphasizing the use of light weights and repetition of movements, you will burn calories, tone your body and increase your muscle mass.
