This extensive background allows Jessica to work beyond a predetermined exercise sequence—observing each client’s individual needs and using the complete Pilates system to select, modify and progress the work appropriately.
At World Class Monaco
Jessica is a comprehensively certified Romana’s Pilates International instructor with more than 600 hours of intensive teacher training and approximately a decade of professional teaching experience.
Her education follows the direct classical Pilates lineage of Joseph and Clara Pilates → Romana Kryzanowska → Sari Mejia Santo. Romana was a direct protégé of Joseph Pilates, and Jessica trained with Romana’s daughter, Sari Mejia Santo, in New York as part of her certification.
My Qualifications
Her apprenticeship included extensive observation, personal practice, practice teaching, and study of the complete classical Pilates apparatus system. Training progressed through Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels, with in-person practical examinations and increasingly advanced written programming assessments based on different body types.
As a Romana’s Pilates instructor, Jessica must also complete Continuing Professional Education every year to maintain her certification, ensuring that her education and development continue throughout her teaching career.
