Slim Body - is a functional course that tries to adapt and develop exercises that allow people to perform daily activities more easily and without injury.

In this training we use small equipment and few weights (dumbbells 1-2 kg, elastic, leg and arm weights 1-2 kg).  After one month of regular training, you will see how much your body has changed!  The result is strength and relief for the body, WITHOUT VOLUME.  The goal of the training is to form a body that looks natural and beautiful, like that of athletes and dancers.
