As a Yoga Instructor, I have been practicing and teaching Yoga for many years. My approach focuses on using Yoga as a tool to manage mental agitation and emotions, while developing high concentration, flexibility and strength, both physical and mental.
My aim is to help practitioners better understand their state of mind and progress towards a deeper mastery of their body and mind, which can have a positive impact on their health and life in general.

I'm a Group Class Coach specialising in Yoga.
I work closely with my practitioners to help them achieve their goals of physical and mental well-being through individualised Yoga sessions.
My goal is to guide you towards a practice which suits you, taking into account your individual needs and aspirations.

My qualifications include in-depth training in Yoga as well as specific certifications in Private Coaching.
I am certified by recognised institutions in the field of Yoga and Coaching which guarantee safety and efficiency of my classes.
